Sprouts Farmers Market

Sprouts Farmers Market now has several locations in the DFW area. Sprouts is a good and much cheaper alternative to Whole Foods! If I want fresh produce, organic, gluten free or grass fed beef, I'm checking out Sprouts before I head over to Whole Foods. 

Sprouts also has a surprisingly good cook-and-serve/ready-to-eat section—far better than the usual rotisserie chicken, sandwiches, and coleslaw fare you see in most grocery stores. 

Although much smaller than the ever growing and sometimes overwhelming Whole Foods, Sprouts is a place you can and run in and get what you want and get out in a hurry without spending an arm and a leg. 

So if you are looking for good quality food, either ready made or not, and you don't want to spend your "whole paycheck", then check out Sprouts.
