Fort Worth Avenue Motels used for redevelopment

The Historic Mission Motel is being transformed into retail spaces ranging from 500-800 square feet each. The plan it to give small businesses inexpensive live/work spaces for rent. In addition the Alamo Motel which was at Fort Worth Avenue and Sylvan has been taken down to make room for a new and much needed grocerie store for the area. This is the start of the many upcoming redevelopment efforts for Fort Worth Avenue and West Dallas.
