City of Dallas making plans for Deep Ellum

The city of Dallas is working on a new "streetscape" plan for Deep Ellum. This plan includes a more walkable atmosphere, bike lanes, two way traffic, wider side walks and more outdoor seating. This is all being done in an effort to make the area more of a defined community. Deep Ellum has been in transition for a while and this sounds like a step in the right direction.
